What would I do without them? Wow. So many of our friends have stepped up to the plate and helped us out with all of the work that we are having to do to prepare for leaving. Amy L., Amy B., and Lisa have all come over and helped me sort and get things organized in the last couple of weeks. Jeff and Chris and Lisa and Amy came over one night to help us get things over to Ray and Wendy’s for the yard sale. Ray and Wendy stayed up late and got up early to help us with the yard sale. We would not have been able to do it without all them. And Melissa and Sandra and all of the GAs that took the money that they raised with the bike-a-thon and went shopping on Monday for all of our school supplies. Their goal was to raise enough funds for the kids’ school supplies and Sunday school materials, but they worked so hard and people were so generous for their fund raiser that they were able to get everything on the kids’ lists and ours! Praise the Lord!!! Monday Amy B. went with me to help me pick out new glasses. Lisa kept the kids so that Jacob and I could go to the doctor for physicals before we leave. My friend Kathy that thought of and is getting to me a book by some of her missionary friends that would be encouraging reading and keep me occupied on the plane. Not to mention all of our friends at Global Outreach that have worked tirelessly for us. Even putting magnets on all of our prayer cards (350 of them) after the company that we ordered them from messed them up. I could go on and on. Everyone that is encouraging us and praying for us, we can feel your prayers and we are so thankful for you. The Lord has truly blessed us with the best friends and family and a wonderful support team. We could not ask for more! THANK YOU!!!!! We will miss each of you terribly.
