To quote the whos in Horton Hears A Who “we are here!” It was quite an adventure getting here. First and foremost I want to thank the Lord for getting us here safely with most of our stuff. I also want to thank Jeff for coming along with us for our adventure. It was difficult even with him along, it would have been horrendous with out him. We started out at 4:30am getting on the shuttle at our hotel in Atlanta to head for the airport. On the shuttle my cell phone rang and we had left our folder with my mom that contained, among other things, our letter that explained that we were moving to Costa Rica to study and work and to let us in with all our stuff with customs. So they had to jump in the car and bring it to the airport. We ended up not even needing the letter, but we did not know it at the time. Then we got our tickets and had to go thru security. Well, Jacob had all kind of electronics in his carry on so they had to go thru all of that and in the process of all that, my clumsiness dropped some of it, but it has all been fixed. After all that we had to get on the subway/tram thing to get us to our gate. For those of you that have not rode on this before it is super fast and they give you very little time to get off. Well if you can picture all of us with all of our luggage and with Sophia trying to stay on while we are all trying to get off in a hurry and all of the chaos, that is pretty much the scene. Well in all of that my new digital camera fell off of my arm. As the door was closing on our stroller Jeff sees it inside and Jacob tries to stick his hand in to stop it and get it, but it was too late. The camera took off with the train and it is now gone. After that, I would not call it smooth sailing, but we did make it here. We made it quickly thru immigration because of all the kids. When you have kids they let you go thru a special line so that they don’t get antsy and loud I guess, but it help us a lot. We then went thru customs easily and were met on the other side by Franklin and Evelyn Turner to take us to our house. I will write more about that later and I have pictures thanks to e-mails from our big brother and sister Cohen and Amie Ezelle. Please continue to pray for us. All for God’s glory.
We are here! We are here! We are here!
